A Little More About Me

• ​​I grew up in Derby with my parents and two younger sisters, Kennedy and Addy. Most of my immediate family lives within the community, and I recently purchased my first home here.
• Prior to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, I spent eight years working as a nurse in the Trauma-Surgical Intensive Care Unit.
• In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and my Goldendoodle, Charli. I love being outdoors, reading, and enjoy watching most sports. I enjoy traveling to the beach and mountains, and I’m looking forward to traveling more now that I have completed my schooling.

Why I Practice Medicine

• From a young age, I had a strong interest in caring for others and felt called to pursue a career in healthcare. My experience in the ICU reinforced this commitment and deepened my understanding of the importance of disease prevention, early recognition and management, and continuity of care – especially for those patients with chronic conditions. I look forward to serving my community, building meaningful patient relationships, and providing high-quality compassionate care.
